The SAG thinks it is important that you are satisfied with our care and service. We want to deliver high quality care to all our patients. Yet it may happen that you are less satisfied with some matters.

Make suggestions and complaints known

We would like to hear from you how you experience our service. Are you satisfied or less satisfied with events at one of our health centers? For example about (medical) actions, treatment or communication? Let us know. Together with you we will work on a solution. In addition, we register your complaints and comments for internal use, so that we gain insight into what you think can be improved.
